Elementary Students Go
Green
This Fall, Acopia Harvest and their partner, The Picture of Children’s Health,
donated a two-level Green MachineTM hydroponics kit to Times2 Academy.
The kit uses four square feet of space to grow 64 plants including vegetables such as basil and spinach right in the classroom using no dirt, only water (“Hydroponics” ).

October 6, 2014 was a very exciting day at A. Irvin Studley Elementary School. All students, grades K-4 were called into the gym for a visit by their philanthropic hero, Alan Shawn Feinstein, who adopted Studley as one of his Feinstein Leadership Schools in 2012.
